Your contacts stay on your iPhone and iPad. Not on our servers.

We built ContactOne the way we wished other apps had: a tool that does its heavy lifting on your phone. No login. No third‑party trackers. No cloud copy of your contacts. To improve the app we send a little first‑party, anonymous usage data to our own servers — never your contacts. Contacts never leave your device, not even in a bug report you choose to send, because we make those anonymous with no real data in them.

/ accounts None. There is no ContactOne account to create. The App Store receipt is the entire identity model.
/ network StoreKit + our own server. ContactOne talks to Apple's StoreKit to verify your subscription, and to our own servers to send anonymous usage data (and, if you opt in, notifications). The only time contacts leave is a bug report you choose to send.
/ analytics First‑party. No SDKs. We record aggregate counts — merges, kept‑separates, cleanup edits, contacts and duplicate groups — plus app and iOS version, device model, and app language, against a random per‑install ID not linked to your identity. No third‑party tracker, no fingerprinting, no contact data.
/ data iOS Contacts framework. Reads and writes go through the system permission model. iCloud sync is Apple's, not ours.
/ reports Only if you send one. A bug report can include contacts you choose to attach so we can reproduce the issue, with an option to anonymize the details first. We use anything you send only to diagnose that issue, then delete it. Nothing goes out otherwise.
